Einstein Automate

Strategic design aligning a vast suite of Automation-related tooling, including the integration of newly acquired Slack.

I wish I could say more about this project. It was one of the last things I supported at Salesforce before I moved on and was a blast to work on.

In short, Salesforce has a growing number of automation tools from MuleSoft to Vlocity, to Flow Builder, and beyond. When Salesforce acquired Slack, we added another touchpoint for business process automation experiences and this instigated a deep introspective exercise within the company to unify this space.

I led the strategic design for the project and below are the few assets that I can share about the direction the project was headed.
